Our Quality Commitment

Quality Innovation For Unmatched Excellence

Our main purpose is to deliver excellent service. We maintain high-quality standards thanks to our dedicated personnel and solid infrastructure. We consistently use high-quality materials in our products. In addition to delivery, we provide a Materials Test Certificate, ensuring the material's quality. Each product is accompanied by test certificates and reports. Our definition of quality includes not only the product's lifespan and defect-free nature, but also its usefulness and suitability for the intended purpose. We have implemented strict quality control measures to ensure excellent quality and zero defects. We exclusively source raw materials from reputable and established vendors, with quality checked at all stages of manufacturing and delivery.

Inspection and Documentation Records, QAP

All raw materials are initially purchased from reputed mills, accompanied by the relevant test certificates. Once the material reaches our warehouse, it is verified against the Test Certificate provided by the mill. A sample is drawn from the material and sent for testing at an NABL-accredited lab. The Heat No. is then punched on the material after receiving the confirmation from the lab report. Before manufacturing, each item is stamped with the corresponding Heat No., and the quantity of pipes or raw materials is debited from the stock book.
Dies are periodically checked, and if they are oversized, rectification is carried out prior to manufacturing. A stage-wise internal inspection log is maintained, where the day-to-day progress of manufacturing and dimensions are recorded to ensure they remain within permissible limits. During manufacturing, inspections are conducted to check for any cracks or deformities. If any are found, the material is rejected.
After the product is manufactured, a 100% dimensional check is performed. Dimensional reports are generated and sent to the customer for review. The batch samples are sent for micro and chemical analysis testing. Upon receiving the satisfactory report, items are etched and stored in the proper location for dispatch.

For WPW or ERW Fittings

The welder is qualified by a reputed consultancy. Welding is carried out using TIG and the correct filler wire from a reputable mill. The plates are pressed into two halves, and after pressing, the material is welded using the filler wire. The fitting is then dressed up and solution annealed. Afterward, the joints undergo radiography, with proper identification. Radiography films and reports are submitted along with the materials.
